There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great with a beautiful view of the river and the cliff down slope. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom was well maintained. the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The staff was unprofessional and untrained. the services were slow and unreliable.

We loved waking up to the serene view and enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace. The staff here provided top-notch service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available and willing to assist us with any needs we had.
